What Happens If My Father Dies Without Making A Will?
My mother died 12 years ago and my father is remarrying. I am one of four children (all adults now) but his new partner has no children. Last time I asked him, he had never made a will. Under British law, what will happen to his estate when he dies? He doesn’t have much money but his house is worth quite a lot.
