How To Make A Will / Release Deed For Making My Son Beneficiary Of My Share Of Apartment.?
Recently I bought an apartment and got it registered in name of 3 members:
1.Me
2.My Wife
3.My Mother.
Now my mother wants to make a will/release deed to declare that in future I will be the legal heir/nominee of her share in flat when she is no more with us.

My father doesn’t have much money to make a will and has property he wants to leave to me and one of my brothers. He is thinking of just transfering the property into our names instead of making a will as a cheaper option. We have other siblings my father isn’t leaving anything to. Can they contest us receiving the property if it is already in our names when our father passes?
