When Making A Will Can I Leave The Value Of My Pension Pot To ‘my Estate’ Or Do I Have To Name A Beneficiary?
I wold prefer to give percentage bequests from my estate but wondered if this would be acceptable to the pension companies.

How To Make A Will / Release Deed For Making My Son Beneficiary Of My Share Of Apartment.?
Recently I bought an apartment and got it registered in name of 3 members:
1.Me
2.My Wife
3.My Mother.
Now my mother wants to make a will/release deed to declare that in future I will be the legal heir/nominee of her share in flat when she is no more with us.
